Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost of our services is due upon signing the contract. The deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made 28 days or less before the day of the event, and the deposit will be converted to credit which the client may use towards another booking. Credit is only valid within one year from cancellation date. Full payment is required 14 days before the day of the event.
